Two Caeses of Congenita: Agranuocytosis Treated with Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor
Congenital agranulocytosis is a disorder characterized by severe neutropenia and a
profound deficency of identifical neutrophil progenitors in bone marrow. In an attempt to
stimulate neutrophil production and thereby reduce the morbidity and mortality
associated with this disease, we administrated recombinant human granulocyte
colony-stimulating factor(rh G-CSF) to 2 patients with congeniatal agranulocytosis. In
both patients, an increasement in the number of neutrophil and clinical improvement was
noted. So we present the cases of congenital agranulocytosis and the effect of rh
G-CSF with the review of the literatures.

Abstract
Congenital agranulocytosis is a disorder characterized by severe neutropenia and a
