A Case of Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia Presenting with a Huge Chloroma
Chloroma is a tumor composed of immature granulocytes located in extramedullary tissues. Chloroma is noted in the course of the acute myelogenous leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML) and in myelodysplastic syndromes during their transformation to the acute leukemias. We reported a case of Philadelphia chromosome positive CML in a 17-year-old male presented with a peripheral neuropathy by huge chloroma at right inguinal area.

Abstract
Chloroma is a tumor composed of immature granulocytes located in extramedullary tissues. Chloroma is noted in the course of the acute myelogenous leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML) and in myelodysplastic syndromes during their transformation to the acute leukemias. We reported a case of Philadelphia chromosome positive CML in a 17-year-old male presented with a peripheral neuropathy by huge chloroma at right inguinal area.
