Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showing the presence of intra-articular collection in the wrist and neurovascular plane.
With regular clotting factor replacement and physiotherapy, significant clinical improvement and movement in the small joints of the hand improved. No residual neurological deficit was observed after 4 weeks.

Clawing of all fingers and bluish appearance of the palm (at presentation).
