The tumor cells are positive for CD3 (D) and CD4 (E) and negative for CD20 (F) and CD8 (G), indicating a helper T-cell phenotype. Tumor cells are also positive for PD1 (H) and CXCL13 (I), suggestive of a follicular helper T-cell phenotype. The Ki-67 proliferative index was low at 10% (J).
