The bone marrow aspirates and touch print show normocellular marrow with infiltration of neoplastic lymphoid cells (20.0% of total nucleated cells, orange arrows). In addition, hemophagocytic histiocytes (11.0% of total nucleated cells, yellow arrows) were identified.
